*User should not install the driver of ECU01, because Windows 8 or 8.1 has supported ECU01. **User should not install the driver of ECU01, because Ubuntu has supported ECU01. *** User should be checked whether the Linux has included XHCI function.
**** If the version of MAC OS is before 10.8.4, please directly install the driver. On the other hand, if the version of MAC OS is after10.8.4, the MAC OS will install the right driver.
***** If your operating system is incompatible with the expansion cards developed by SilverStone, such that your device can not be detected or recognized, please update your motherboard’s driver or BIOS to the latest version. You may also try executing compatible mode in your operating system and select previous versions of operation system to install driver required by the expansion cards.
A：We suggest that the user could use the default driver on Windows 8 or 8.1, based on the ECU01 performance. However, if the user has installed the driver already, the user could uninstall driver on the Control Panel and Computer Management.
A：User could run the turbo boost program in Windows 7 from driver CD or copy this file into startup program folder to enable autorun this program when turn on computer. This program will detect USB HDD that is supported UASP or not.
