There are two versions of FP37, please check your serial number below and download the appropriate firmware.
Note: if incorrect firmware is used, the FP37 will still function properly but it might affect the LED light’s function.

Please make sure all cables have been connected firmly and correctly. Also go to “Device Manager” if a yellow question mark appears like the below diagram, it means your motherboard’s driver is not up-to-date, please download the latest driver from your motherboard’s manufacturer website to solve this problem.

Start → Control Panel → Device Manager→ Under View select Device by connection → PCI bus
Under PCI bus, there will by multiple PCI standard PCI to PCI bridge devices.
Click open the available options until the device appears like the attached diagram
