Q & A
The PS07 was designed to achieve optimal silence so there are no fan guards in front of the front fans to reduce noise associated with air turbulence. To reduce the chance of foreign objects touching and damaging the spinning fans while the system is on, we recommend only removing and cleaning the filter when the system is off.
If the motherboard interferes with installation of the bottom-most hard drive, please remove the drive cage by loosening the screws from the bottom panel holding the drive cage.
From the tests we’ve conducted during development, a quality tower-style cooler can be used without CPU fan and instead rely only on chassis fans to cool CPU up to 95W TDP (Core i7, not overclocked). However, performance may vary depending on the quality of your CPU cooler and other factors, so you will still need to test the limit on your own. We recommend installing hard drives into the first slot and the fourth slot from the top to increase overall case cooling performance.
