My video/graphics card does not work properly with the included riser card installed
The included AGP riser card is compatible with AGP 8X, please check the following:
- make sure your video/graphics card is fully seated into the riser card slot
- make sure the riser card is inserted into the AGP slot on your motherboard completely
- make sure your video/graphics card works without issues when inserted into the AGP slot directly on the motherboard
- turn off "AGP Fast Write" option in motherboard BIOS, some cards are not capable of this function when connected to a riser card
If you are still unable to get the riser card to work, please contact a SilverStone branch office closest to you for assistance in replacing your riser card: http://www.silverstonetek.com/contactus.php
Q2
My second PCI slot on the riser card does not work.
Please make sure the daughter card is connected to another available PCI slot on your motherboard. The daughter card should be inserted with the cable side facing the rear of the case.
Q3
How do I know which motherboard can utilize both AGP and PCI slots in the LC11?
Condition 1 :
PCI and AGP/PCI-Express riser cards can both be utilized
If your graphic card slot is located at position 1, the AGP or PCI-Express riser card can be used in this situation and if your PCI slot is located at position 2, the PCI riser card can be used too.
Condition 2:
AGP/PCI-Express riser card is enabled, but PCI riser card can not be used
If your graphic card is located at position 1, the AGP or PCI-Express riser card can be used in this situation but if your PCI slot is not located at position 2, the PCI riser card can not be used in this situation.
Condition 3:
PCI & AGP or PCI-Express (RC01) riser card can not be used
If your graphic card slot is not located at position 1, the AGP or PCI-Express riser card can not be used with your motherboard and also if your PCI slot is not located position 2, the PCI riser card can not be used with your motherboard.
