A：We suggest that the user could use the default driver on Windows 8 or 8.1, based on the ECU01 performance. However, if the user has installed the driver already, the user could uninstall driver on the Control Panel and Computer Management.
A：User should be checked whether the version of Ubuntu system has supported XHCI function. If your version of Ubuntu system is after 14.04.1 LTS, the Ubuntu has supported XHCI function.

A：If user feel the ECU01 has compatibility problem, the user could update the latest firmware.
A：User could run the turbo boost program in Windows 7 from driver CD or copy this file into startup program folder to enable autorun this program when turn on computer. This program will detect USB HDD that is supported UASP or not.
