Grandia represents brilliance, and SilverStone’s Grandia GD02 is certainly a brilliant chassis that seamlessly integrates innovation and aesthetics. An HTPC enclosure has never been so powerful yet so compact like the GD02. With a depth of only 360mm, it will fit comfortably inside home theater cabinets but still accommodate a regular sized power supply, Micro-ATX motherboard, and even high end graphics cards up to 11.5 inches. Q. GD02 and NT01-E installation guide
The NT01-E can be used in the GD02 to achieve optimal cooling performance and quietness. Most motherboard should have proper CPU position to allow for this type of installation, below are the limitations:
CPU socket mid-point distance to the position line of motherboard “mounting hole A” should be more than 56mm (fan grille removal maybe required for distance less than 60mm)
CPU socket mid-point distance to the position line of motherboard “mounting hole B” should be more than 30mm
CPU socket orientation limits:
When considering installation of NT01-E on Socket 939, 754, or AM2 motherboards, be sure to the CPU socket orientation is in the correct position
CPU cooler bracket with suitable mounting holes
CPU cooler bracket with unsuitable mounting holes
Q. Front panel connectors installation guide.
Power switch and reset switch installation guide：
Please refer to the motherboard manuals for the motherboard’s “Front Panel Connector” or “System Panel Connector” pin definition. Power switch and reset switch have no polarity, so they can be connected in any orientation.
LED connector installation guide：
Please refer to the motherboard manuals for the motherboard’s “Front Panel Connector” or “System Panel Connector” pin definition.
White colored wires are negative while other colored wires are positive.
Power LED connector is designed as separate pins for compatibility with different motherboard specifications.
